If you are, I don't even know how you can say something like that. Everything all of us do here, from paying $4k for a paint job, to spending thousands on our cars to make them faster when the speed limit is 60mph, to changing over to different gears so we can get up to 60mph faster, to spending hundreds or thousands of dollars for a weekend of driving around a bunch of turns, to spending thousands replacing parts while breaking parts b/c of drag racing, to spending $4k on brake components, to spending $4k on suspension components, to keeping up with the expensive maintenace of a 15 year old car when there are perfectly good newer and cheaper cars out there, to paying for premium fuel, to going out and spending hours taking pictures of our cars to get perfect shots in perfect lighting with a perfect background, to drving all over the nation to attend shows and gatherings where the only prize you have the possibility of getting is a plastic trophy you could have made for $20, to spending hours a week on a website to talk about cars is ALL silly if you really think about it. I really don't see how you can say that what he is doing is stupid, when to the majority of people in the world, what all of us here are doing with our cars, is pointless and stupid. You know how many times I've been told by my friends and my family members that cars are just to get you from point A to point B? That's why there are sites like these on the internet. For all of us people with a similar passion to come together, share experiences, our troubles, and get advice.
